??? Autumn is doomed to be a settling, thinking, and harvesting season. It is of special meaning for the employers of SDCIC who are steady fast and united to “deep cultivate the dream, win and lead the future”. On November 1-3, all the supervisors and backbones of each department of SDCIC carried out a three-way management leadership progressive training at the scenery Luzui Hotel during these thinking and harvesting days. This training activity was indispensable from “thinking, discussion, and through collision” on the basis of the first training and the application and thinking in practical management activities.

In the process of training, except for the intense discussion of cases and the wonderful sharing at the end of the case, we were also impressed by: Though the discussion about the case of “Pirate and Stone”, we found that rational thinking and reverse through are the code of conduct with which we shall comply in the practices. Through the actual case of “Communication is Important”, we found that we would improve our efficiency greatly if the senior management was willing to authorize, the intermediate management grasped the key points, and the grass roots work actively. Through video study, we found that as long as the six steps of assignment were clear, it would be easy for the assigner, and the assignee would be easy and willing to complete the tasks. Through the study of Yi Jing, we found that as the managers we had to improve our management wisdom and management ability in addition to routine businesses.
??? The step by step study enabled everyone to achieve thought collision and improvement more subjectively and proactively. Study is for practice, as Hu Zhengfu, general manager of the company, said. We should apply the management wisdom learnt fro this training to direct practical work to make further improvement!
